1. Delivery Policy
At Nazakash Creations, each product is handcrafted with care and attention to detail. As our creations are made in small batches or on order, we ensure that your purchase reaches you safely and on time.
Order Processing
• All confirmed orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment verification.
• Since most of our products are handmade, custom or made-to-order items may take 7-14 business days to craft before dispatch.
• Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email or message with a tracking ID to monitor delivery status.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Delivery Timings
• We deliver across India through trusted logistics partners such as Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post.
• Standard delivery time within India is 5–10 business days, depending on your location.
• For remote or rural areas, please allow a few extra days for delivery.
Shipping Charges
• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• A nominal ₹60–₹120 shipping fee may apply to smaller orders, depending on weight and location.
International Shipping
• Currently, we do not offer international delivery. However, we’re working towards enabling it soon.
Delays
• Please note that handcrafted products may face minor delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier delays, etc.).
• We will always keep you informed in case of any such delay.
2. Security Policy
We value the trust you place in Nazakash Creations, and we are committed to protecting your personal and payment information.
Secure Payments
• All online transactions are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways such as Razorpay or PayU, ensuring that your card and banking details remain confidential.
• We do not store or share your credit/debit card information or personal financial data.
Data Protection
• Customer information (like name, contact, and address) is used strictly for order processing and delivery purposes.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your data with any unauthorized third parties.
• Our website and payment systems comply with the latest SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption standards for data protection.
Fraud Prevention
• Orders flagged for unusual activity may be temporarily held for verification.
• We reserve the right to cancel or decline suspicious transactions to ensure customer security.

Nazakash Creations – Delivery & Security Policies
At Nazakash Creations, every product is lovingly handcrafted, which means no two pieces are exactly alike. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish are part of the handmade charm that makes each creation truly unique.
However, we understand that there may be rare instances where you need to return or exchange your order. Our policy ensures a smooth and transparent process while keeping our handmade ethos in mind.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchange.
• Returns or exchanges are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products received.
• Requests must be made within 3 days of delivery by emailing us at nazakash.creations@gmail.com with your order number, an unboxing video of the package in its original packaging as video evidence, and a brief description of the issue.
• Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you on how to send the product back.
Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
• Custom-made or personalized items
• Products purchased during a sale or with discounts
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering after delivery
2. Exchange Process
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
• If approved, you can choose:
• An exchange for the same product (subject to availability), or
• A coupon/credit note for the product value (valid for 60 days on our website or Instagram shop).
• Replacements are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
3. Return Shipping
• If the product was incorrect or damaged, Nazakash Creations will bear the return shipping cost.
• In other cases (e.g., size or preference-based exchange), the customer may be asked to ship the product at their own expense.
4. Refund Policy
• Since all our products are handcrafted in small batches, we currently do not offer direct refunds.
• Eligible cases will receive a store credit or replacement product as mentioned above.
5. Order Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production or dispatch hasn’t begun.
• To cancel, email us at nazakash.creations@gmail.com with your order ID.
• After 24 hours, cancellations cannot be accepted as we start preparing your handmade product.
